What we keep, what we delete, and how to erase it all.
Lookcard runs on one photo of you, so privacy is not a legal page here, it is the product promise. The short version: your selfie is deleted the moment your report is built, your report link expires after 30 days, and one click below erases everything else.

Four things that are always true

- 03There is no account and no password. Your email is the only identifier we hold.
- 04Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Delete everything
Enter the email you used with Lookcard and we send it a confirmation link, valid for 24 hours. Clicking that link permanently removes your reports, photos, quiz answers, and download links, and anonymizes your order records. Only your inbox can confirm it, so nobody else can erase your data for you.
